1.1 Utsav Appointments™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

• Hosts (individuals with accounts)

• Invitees (individuals booking through Host links)

• Visitors (browsing our website)

When you book through a Host’s link:

• Your name, email address, and any answers you provide are shared with the Host

• The Host becomes the data controller of that information

We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Services:

• Cloud hosting providers (to store data)

• Email service providers (to send notifications)

• Payment processors (to handle transactions)

• Analytics providers (to understand usage)
