These guidelines help ensure your entry meets our technical and quality standards. Following them gives you the best chance of success.

Part B: General Submission Requirements #
1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS #
1.1 File Formats:

Images: JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIFF

Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI (H.264 codec preferred)

Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX (for essays)

Recipes: PDF, DOC, DOCX, or direct web form submission
1.2 File Size Limits:

Images: Maximum 25 MB per file

Videos: Maximum 500 MB per file (longer videos may require compression)

Documents: Maximum 10 MB per file
1.3 Resolution Requirements:

Photos: Minimum 1920px on the longest side; 300 DPI recommended for print consideration

Videos: Minimum 720p (1280×720); 1080p or 4K preferred
2. CONTENT QUALITY STANDARDS #
2.1 Image Quality:

3. NAMING CONVENTIONS #
3.1 Use descriptive file names that include:

4. METADATA AND CAPTIONS #
4.1 Provide accurate metadata and captions including:

Title of work

5. SUBMISSION DEADLINES #
5.1 All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM [IST/GMT] on the Contest closing date.
5.2 Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
Part C: Prohibited Content #
6.1 The following content is strictly prohibited:

Images or videos depicting illegal activities

Content that violates someone’s privacy

Copyrighted material used without permission

Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

Sexually explicit material

Violent or graphic content
6.2 Entries containing prohibited content will be disqualified and may result in account suspension.
