1. PRICING #
1.1 Automated Reports: Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and vary by report type and complexity.
1.2 Consultations: Astrologers set their own rates, displayed on their profiles. Prices may be per minute or per session.
1.3 Products: Sellers set their own prices, displayed on product pages.
1.4 Taxes: Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) will be added at checkout as required by law.
2. REFUNDS – AUTOMATED REPORTS #
2.1 Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized and instant-access nature of digital reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report is generated .
2.2 Technical Issues: If you purchase a report but cannot access it due to technical error, contact us within 7 days for assistance .
3. REFUNDS – CONSULTATIONS #
3.1 Completed Sessions: Fully non-refundable .
3.2 Cancellations: See Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy (JY-12).
3.3 Astrologer Cancellations: Full refund issued.
4. REFUNDS – PRODUCTS #
4.1 Governed by Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy (JY-15).
5. CHARGEBACKS #
5.1 Filing an unjustified chargeback (disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first) may result in account suspension.
5.2 If you have a legitimate issue, please contact us first—we’ll work to resolve it.
