This policy explains the practical aspects of booking, rescheduling, and cancelling consultations with astrologers.
The Simple Truth #

Book in Advance: Astrologers have busy schedules—book early.

Free Rescheduling (With Notice) : Let us know at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule without charge.

Late Cancellations May Be Charged: Cancelling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of fees.

Astrologer Cancellations: If your astrologer cancels, you get a full refund.
Part B: Booking and Cancellation Rules #
1. BOOKING PROCESS #
1.1 Users may book consultations through the Astrologer’s profile page by selecting available time slots.
1.2 Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
1.3 Confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS with session details.
2. CANCELLATION BY USER #
2.1 More Than 24 Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available.
2.2 Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Session fee forfeited; rescheduling not guaranteed.
2.3 No-Show: If you do not join the session at the scheduled time, it will be considered completed and non-refundable .
3. CANCELLATION BY ASTROLOGER #
3.1 If the Astrologer cancels for any reason, you will receive:

Full refund of the session fee, OR
-
Option to reschedule at no additional cost
3.2 We will notify you promptly of any cancellation.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES #
4.1 If technical problems prevent the session from occurring, contact us immediately. We will work to reschedule or issue a refund.
5. EXCEPTIONS #
5.1 We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion.
