Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. AGE REQUIREMENTS #
1.1 General Rule: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account, use paid services, book consultations with Astrologers, or purchase Remedial Products .
1.2 Minors (13-17) : Users aged 13 to 17 may access free horoscopes, educational content, and general astrological information only, provided they have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.
1.3 Under 13: Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. VERIFICATION #
2.1 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement .
2.2 We reserve the right to verify age at any time and may request identification documents.
2.3 If we discover that a user is underage, we will immediately terminate their account and delete any personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
3. PARENTAL CONSENT #
3.1 For users aged 13-17, the parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on behalf of the minor.
3.2 The parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the Platform and any decisions made based on astrological guidance.
