We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. This policy explains how to file a complaint and what to expect.
The Simple Truth #

Talk to the Provider First: For issues with an astrologer or seller, contact them directly first.

Escalate to Us: If not resolved, we’ll step in to mediate.

Grievance Officer (India) : For Indian users, a designated officer handles complaints .

Timely Responses: We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days .

Appeals: If you’re unhappy with our decision, you may have further rights.
Part B: Grievance Process #
1. WHO CAN FILE A COMPLAINT #
1.1 Any User who has a concern regarding:

Services provided by an Astrologer

Products purchased from a Seller
-
Platform functionality or billing issues

Potential violation of Terms or policies
2. COMPLAINT PROCESS #
Step 1: Direct Resolution

For astrologer issues: Contact the astrologer directly through the Platform

For seller issues: Contact the seller directly

Attempt to resolve within [7] days
Step 2: Platform Mediation

If direct resolution fails, email complaints@utsavjyotish.com with:

Your name and account email

Description of the issue

Steps already taken to resolve

Any supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts)

Step 3: Investigation

We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
