Part B: Grievance Process #

1. WHO CAN FILE A COMPLAINT #

1.1 Any User who has a concern regarding:

  • Services provided by an Astrologer

  • Products purchased from a Seller

  • Platform functionality or billing issues

  • Potential violation of Terms or policies

2. COMPLAINT PROCESS #

Step 1: Direct Resolution

  • For astrologer issues: Contact the astrologer directly through the Platform

  • For seller issues: Contact the seller directly

  • Attempt to resolve within [7] days
