1. API INTEGRATION #
1.1 Utsav Jyotish™ integrates with third-party astrology calculation APIs and software providers (“API Partners”) to generate automated reports, including :

2. NO CONTROL OVER API PARTNERS #
2.1 We do not control, operate, or manage any API Partner. They are independent third-party providers .

Their data handling practices (though we ensure contractual data protection obligations)

Any changes to their APIs that may affect our services
3. DATA SHARING #
3.1 When you use automated services, your birth details (date, time, place) may be transmitted to API Partners for calculation purposes.
3.2 API Partners process this data solely to generate the requested report and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
3.3 By using automated services, you consent to this data transfer.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY #
4.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMAHOTSAV DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS ARISING FROM API PARTNER SYSTEMS.
4.2 You acknowledge that automated calculations may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical decisions .
5. Indemnification #
5.1 You agree not to hold MyMahotsav liable for any claims arising from API Partner errors, and you waive any right to bring claims against API Partners through MyMahotsav.
