This document explains the specific terms that apply when you book a live consultation with an astrologer through our platform.
The Simple Truth #

Your Consultation Is With an Independent Practitioner: The astrologer is not employed by us .

Respect the Astrologer’s Time: Be on time for scheduled sessions.

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION #
1.1 Consultations are booked through the Platform based on Astrologer availability.
1.2 Upon booking, you will receive confirmation with details of the session (date, time, mode of communication).
1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology (stable internet, microphone, etc.) for the session.
2. CONSULTATION CONDUCT #
2.1 You agree to:

Provide accurate birth details and information

Be respectful and courteous to the Astrologer

Not record sessions without explicit consent

Not use the session for illegal or inappropriate purposes
3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING #
3.1 By User: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to [24 hours] before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
3.2 By Astrologer: If an Astrologer cancels, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
4. NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SESSIONS #
4.1 Due to the personalized and time-bound nature of astrology consultations, once a consultation is completed, it is non-refundable .
4.2 If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please inform us at least [12 hours] in advance to reschedule .
4.3 No-shows will be considered completed and non-refundable .
5. DISPUTES #
5.1 If you have a dispute with an Astrologer, please contact support@utsavjyotish.com.
5.2 We will investigate and may take action against the Astrologer if warranted, but we are not responsible for refunds in dispute cases.
