4. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE #

4.1 If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing :

  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake

  4. Your name, address, and phone number

  5. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district

4.3 Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the original filer seeks a court order.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY #

6.1 Termination for Repeat Infringement: We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights .

6.2 What Constitutes a Repeat Infringer:

  • Users who have been subject to at least two valid copyright complaints

  • Users who demonstrate a pattern of infringing activity

6.3 Discretion: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for a single egregious violation at our discretion.
