Utsav Appointments™ works with other services—Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more. This document explains our relationship with these third parties.

The Simple Truth #

They’re separate companies: Google, Zoom, Microsoft, and others are not affiliated with us.
Their terms apply: When you connect their services, you’re agreeing to their terms and privacy policies.
We don’t control them: If Zoom goes down, or Google changes its API, we can’t fix it.
Your data goes to them: When you integrate, your information is shared with these third parties according to your settings.
We’re not responsible: We disclaim liability for any issues arising from third-party integrations.

1. Introduction #

1.1 Utsav Appointments™ integrates with various Third-Party Applications (“TPAs”) to enhance functionality, including:

Calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar)
Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
Payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay)
Email services (Gmail, Outlook)

1.2 This disclaimer explains the relationship between Utsav Appointments™ and these TPAs and limits our liability regarding their use.

2. No Control or Endorsement #

2.1 Utsav Appointments™ does not own, operate, or control any TPA. We provide integrations as a convenience to our users.

2.2 We do not endorse any TPA, nor do we make any representations or warranties about:

Their functionality, reliability, or availability
Their security practices or data handling
The accuracy of their services
Their compliance with applicable laws

2.3 Your use of TPAs is solely at your own risk.

3. Your Relationship with TPAs #

3.1 When you connect a TPA to your Utsav Appointments™ account, you are entering into a direct relationship with that TPA provider.

3.2 Your use of TPAs is governed by:

The TPA’s terms of service
The TPA’s privacy policy
Any agreements you have with the TPA directly

3.3 You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the TPA’s terms before connecting.

4. Data Shared with TPAs #

4.1 When you enable an integration, certain data may be shared with the TPA, including:

Calendar availability and event details
Contact information (names, emails)
Meeting details (dates, times, participants)

4.2 The TPA’s privacy policy governs how they use your data. Utsav Appointments™ is not responsible for their data practices.

4.3 You acknowledge that once data is shared with a TPA, we cannot control or delete it on your behalf.

5. TPA Availability and Performance #

5.1 TPAs may experience outages, downtime, or performance issues. Utsav Appointments™ is not responsible for:

TPA service interruptions
Data loss caused by TPAs
Delays in TPA services

5.2 If a TPA becomes unavailable, certain features of Utsav Appointments™ may be limited or non-functional.

6. TPA Changes #

6.1 TPAs may change their APIs, terms, or pricing at any time. Such changes may affect our integration.

6.2 Utsav Appointments™ may need to modify or discontinue integrations in response to TPA changes. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

7. Fees #

7.1 Some TPAs charge fees for their services. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by TPAs.

7.2 Utsav Appointments™ is not responsible for reimbursing or disputing TPA fees.

8. Indemnification #

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Utsav Appointments™ harmless from any claims arising out of your use of TPAs, including:

Claims related to TPA terms violations
Claims related to TPA data handling
Disputes with TPA providers

9. Specific TPA Disclaimers #

9.1 Google APIs #

9.1.1 Utsav Appointments™’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to:
