1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES #
1.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1.2 Attempting to engage in prohibited activities is itself a violation, whether successful or not.
2. DETECTION METHODS #
2.1 MyMahotsav uses various methods to detect fraud, including:

3. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS #

3.2 For Entrants: Entrants found to be benefiting from vote manipulation may:

3.3 Legal Action: In cases of serious fraud, MyMahotsav reserves the right to seek legal remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law .
4. REPORTING SUSPECTED FRAUD #
4.1 Users may report suspected vote manipulation to fraud@utsavcontests.com.
4.2 Reports should include:

4.3 Reports will be investigated, but results may not be shared due to privacy considerations.
5. FINALITY #
5.1 MyMahotsav’s determination of fraudulent activity and appropriate remedies is final and binding
