Part A: Plain English Summary #
When Entries Are Disqualified and How to Appeal #
Sometimes entries need to be disqualified—for rule violations, ineligible entrants, or inappropriate content. This policy explains the process and your right to appeal.
The Simple Truth #
-
We May Disqualify: Entries that violate rules may be removed from the contest .
-
You’ll Be Notified: If your entry is disqualified, we’ll tell you why (when possible).
-
You Can Appeal: If you believe a mistake was made, you can request a review.
-
Judging Decisions Are Final: Disqualification for rule violations is different from judging decisions—judges’ scores are not appealable .
