Your Agreement as a Contest Entrant #

This document is the detailed legal agreement between you and MyMahotsav when you enter any contest on Utsav Contests™. It works together with the Official Rules (CT-1).

You’re Entering a Contract: When you click “Submit,” you’re agreeing to be legally bound by these terms.
Your Rights and Responsibilities: This document spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #

1. BINDING AGREEMENT #

1.1 These Entrant Terms and Conditions (“Entrant Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Entrant”) and MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd (“MyMahotsav”) regarding your participation in any contest hosted on Utsav Contests™.

1.2 By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Entrant Terms and the Official Rules (CT-1).

1.3 If you are entering on behalf of a minor (age 13-17), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and agree to be bound by these Entrant Terms on the minor’s behalf.

2. ENTRANT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES #

2.1 By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:

Representation	Details
Originality	The entry is your original work and does not copy any third-party content except as permitted under fair use or with appropriate licenses
Ownership	You own all rights to the entry or have obtained all necessary permissions
Third-Party Rights	The entry does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any person or entity
Model Releases	For entries depicting recognizable individuals, you have obtained written model releases permitting the uses contemplated in these Entrant Terms
Minor Protections	For entries depicting minors, you have obtained verifiable parental consent
Location Releases	For entries depicting private property, you have obtained necessary permissions
Accuracy	All information provided in connection with your entry is true, accurate, and complete
Compliance	Your entry complies with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2 You agree to provide copies of any releases or permissions to MyMahotsav upon request. Failure to provide requested documentation within [seven (7)] days may result in disqualification.

3. ENTRANT OBLIGATIONS #

3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when entering contests and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all Contest rules, deadlines, and requirements.

3.3 No Disruption: You agree not to:

Tamper with the entry process
Use automated means to submit entries
Attempt to manipulate voting or judging
Harass or interfere with other entrants or Contest personnel

3.4 Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with MyMahotsav in any investigation of potential rule violations.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH #

4.1 If you breach any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Entrant Terms, MyMahotsav may, in its sole discretion:

Disqualify your entry
Remove your entry from the Contest
Forfeit any prize you may have won
Suspend or terminate your Utsav World™ account
Pursue legal remedies, including damages

4.2 You agree to indemnify MyMahotsav for any losses resulting from your breach of these Entrant Terms .

5. ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS #

5.1 No Confidentiality: You acknowledge that your entry is not confidential and may be viewed by the public, judges, and other entrants.

5.2 No Obligation to Use: You acknowledge that MyMahotsav has no obligation to post, display, or otherwise use your entry.

5.3 No Compensation: Except as expressly provided in prize descriptions, you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for your entry or for any use by MyMahotsav under the licenses granted.

5.4 No Employment: You acknowledge that nothing in these Entrant Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and MyMahotsav.

6. ENTRANT RIGHTS #

6.1 You retain all ownership rights in your entry, subject to the licenses granted in these Entrant Terms and the Official Rules .

6.2 You have the right to be credited in connection with uses of your entry, and MyMahotsav will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide attribution .

6.3 You have the right to request removal of your entry from the Contest before the Contest Period ends, subject to any entries already processed.
