The Simple Truth #

One Person, One Vote: Voting limits apply to keep things fair.

No Cheating: Automated or fake votes will be removed .

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. VOTING ELIGIBILITY #
1.1 Public voting is open to registered Utsav World™ users who:

Have a verified account

Are not entrants in the Contest (unless self-voting is permitted)

Comply with these Voting Terms
1.2 MyMahotsav employees, Contest judges, and their immediate family members may vote but are subject to the same rules as all voters.
2. VOTING PROCESS #
2.1 Voting Period: Specified in Contest announcement.
2.2 Voting Limits:

2.3 How to Vote:

3. VOTE INTEGRITY #
3.1 Prohibited Activities:

Using automated voting software or bots

Creating multiple accounts to vote multiple times

Paying for votes

Coordinating vote manipulation schemes
3.2 Monitoring: MyMahotsav monitors voting patterns for irregularities.
3.3 Removal of Votes: Votes determined to be fraudulent may be removed without notice.
3.4 Disqualification: Entrants found to be manipulating votes may be disqualified.
4. VOTE WEIGHTING #
4.1 If specified in Contest rules, public votes may be:

Combined with jury scores (e.g., 50% public, 50% jury)

Used to determine finalists

Used for separate “People’s Choice” awards
5. FINALITY #
5.1 Vote counts are final after the voting period ends.
5.2 MyMahotsav’s determination of valid votes is final and binding
