The Simple Truth #

We’ll Contact You: Winners are notified by email or through their Utsav World™ account .
You Must Respond Quickly: Typically within 72 hours—otherwise we may pick another winner .
Verification Required: We’ll need to verify your identity and eligibility before sending prizes.
Taxes Are Your Responsibility: Prizes may be taxable; you’re responsible for reporting .
Publicity: Winners may be featured on our platforms and social media.

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION #

1.1 Method of Notification: Potential winners will be notified by:

Email (to the address associated with their account)
Direct message through Utsav World™
Phone call (if provided)

1.2 Timing: Winners are typically notified within [fourteen (14)] days of winner selection .

1.3 Multiple Attempts: MyMahotsav will make [three (3)] attempts to contact potential winners over a [five (5)] day period .

2. RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS #

2.1 Deadline: Potential winners must respond to notification within [seventy-two (72)] hours .

2.2 Required Actions: Upon responding, winners must:

Complete and return Winner’s Documents (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release)
Provide valid identification
Supply shipping address (for physical prizes)
Complete any tax forms required

2.3 Return Deadline: Winner’s Documents must be returned within [seven (7)] days of receipt .

3. PRIZE FORFEITURE #

3.1 A potential winner may forfeit the prize if they:

Fail to respond within the required timeframe
Fail to return required documents
Are found to be ineligible
Decline the prize
Cannot be located after reasonable efforts

3.2 Alternate Winners: If a prize is forfeited, MyMahotsav may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries .

4. PRIZE DELIVERY #

4.1 Physical Prizes:

Shipped to the address provided by the winner
Delivery within [sixty (60)] days of winner confirmation
MyMahotsav not responsible for lost or stolen packages
International winners may be subject to customs duties (responsibility of winner)

4.2 Digital Prizes:

Delivered via email or account notification
Download instructions provided
Winners responsible for maintaining copies

4.3 Cash Prizes:

Paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or other method
Payment within [thirty (30)] days of winner confirmation

5. TAXES #

5.1 General: All taxes associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner .

5.2 Tax Forms:

6. PUBLICITY #

6.1 By accepting a prize, winners grant MyMahotsav and Sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law .
