Part A: Plain English Summary #
When Accounts Are Suspended or Terminated #
We want everyone to enjoy Utsav World™, but sometimes users don’t follow the rules. This policy explains when and why accounts may be suspended or permanently removed.
The Simple Truth #
-
Suspension is temporary: Like a timeout—you lose access for a period, then can return.
-
Termination is permanent: Your account is gone and you can’t come back.
-
We don’t take this lightly: Account actions are serious and reviewed carefully.
-
You’ll get notice: We’ll tell you why and how to appeal (except in extreme cases).
-
Severe violations = immediate termination: Some things (CSAM, terrorism) result in immediate permanent ban.
