-
Payment processing fees

Taxes collected and remitted
-
Refunds
-
Chargebacks
-
Currency conversion costs
1.2 Revenue Share Percentage: Your revenue share percentage is based on:
-
Your instructor tier (standard, premium, etc.)

1.3 Standard Revenue Share: The standard revenue share is [X]% for most courses. Your specific percentage is displayed in your instructor dashboard.
1.4 GyanVapy Originals: For courses where GyanVapy Courses™ is the content creator (rather than independent instructor), different revenue terms apply as set forth in separate agreements.
2. Promotional Discounts #
2.1 Platform Promotions: We may offer promotional discounts on courses. Your revenue share will be calculated based on the discounted price paid by the student.
2.2 Instructor-Initiated Promotions: Instructors may offer their own promotions, subject to platform policies. Revenue share applies to the discounted price.
2.3 Bundled Courses: For courses sold in bundles, revenue may be allocated based on relative value or as otherwise disclosed.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks #

4.2 Negative Balance: If refunds or chargebacks exceed your earnings, your account may show a negative balance, which will be recovered from future earnings.
4.3 Chargeback Fees: Chargeback fees imposed by payment processors may be passed through to instructors in cases of excessive chargebacks.
5. Taxes #
