Many courses on GyanVapy Courses™ offer certificates of completion. This policy explains what these certificates mean—and what they don’t mean.
The Simple Truth #

Certificates Show Completion: Your certificate confirms that you completed the course according to its requirements.

Not Academic Credit: Unless explicitly stated, our certificates are not college credits, degrees, or professional certifications.

Instructor-Specific: Certificate requirements (passing grade, assignments completed) are set by each instructor.

Verifiable: Certificates include a unique ID that others can use to verify completion.
Part B: Certificate Issuance #
1. Certificate Eligibility #
1.1 Course Requirements: To receive a certificate, you must meet all requirements set by the instructor, which may include:

3. Verification #
3.1 Third-Party Verification: Anyone with the certificate’s unique ID can verify:

That the certificate was issued by GyanVapy Courses™

The student name

The course title

The completion date
3.2 Limitations: Verification confirms completion of the course but does not constitute:

Endorsement of the student’s skills

Guarantee of the student’s knowledge

Accreditation by any external body
4. Important Disclaimers #
4.1 NO ACADEMIC CREDIT: UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE COURSE DESCRIPTION, GYANVAPY COURSES™ CERTIFICATES:

Are not academic credits

Are not college or university credits

Are not transferable to educational institutions

Do not constitute a degree, diploma, or certification

Are not professional licenses or qualifications
4.2 No Professional Certification: Our certificates do not authorize you to practice any profession or represent that you have met professional standards.
4.3 Third-Party Acceptance: We do not guarantee that any employer, educational institution, or other third party will accept or recognize our certificates.
5. Certificate Corrections and Replacement #
5.1 Name Corrections: If your name appears incorrectly, request a correction within 30 days of certificate issuance.
5.2 Lost Certificates: You can access and download your certificates at any time through your account dashboard.
5.3 Course Updates: If a course is updated after you complete it, your certificate remains valid for the version you completed.
6. Certificate Revocation #
6.1 We reserve the right to revoke certificates if:

The certificate was issued in error

The student violated the Honor Code

The certificate was obtained fraudulently

The course content was found to violate policies
6.2 Revoked certificates will no longer be verifiable.
