Part A: Plain English Summary #
What You Agree to When You Enroll in a Course #
When you enroll in a course on GyanVapy Courses™, you’re entering into a specific agreement about your access, rights, and responsibilities. These terms work together with our main Terms of Use.
The Simple Truth #
-
You’re Buying Access, Not Ownership: Enrollment gives you a license to view the course content for personal use—you don’t own the content itself.
-
Lifetime Access (With Limits): You get lifetime access as long as the course remains on our platform. If we must remove a course for legal reasons, access may end.
-
No Sharing: Your enrollment is personal to you. Don’t share your login or download and redistribute content.
-
Free Courses Count Too: Even free courses are subject to these terms.
-
Instructors Set Some Rules: Individual instructors may have additional requirements for their courses (like assignment deadlines).
Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. Enrollment and Access #
1.1 Enrollment Confirmation: When you complete enrollment in a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
1.2 Access Duration: Unless otherwise specified, you receive “lifetime access” to courses you’ve enrolled in. “Lifetime” means for as long as the course remains available on GyanVapy Courses™.
1.3 Course Removal: If we must remove a course due to:
-
Instructor request
-
Policy violations
-
Legal requirements (copyright claims, etc.)
-
Technical issues
Your access may be terminated. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
1.4 Free Courses: Free courses are subject to the same terms as paid courses. We may limit, modify, or remove free courses at any time without notice.

-
Streaming course content for personal learning
-

6. Course Feedback and Reviews #
6.1 You may leave reviews for courses you have completed.
6.2 Reviews must:
-
Be based on actual experience with the course
-
Focus on educational content and quality
-
Be respectful and constructive
-
Not contain profanity, harassment, or discrimination
6.3 We may remove reviews that violate these standards.
7. Technical Requirements #
