1. RESPECT FOR OTHERS #

1.2 Volunteers shall value diversity and embrace cultural and personal differences.

2.2 Volunteers shall represent themselves honestly, avoiding false claims about qualifications, skills, or affiliations .

2.3 Volunteers shall only use the Organization’s name, branding, or platforms for approved activities that align with the Organization’s mission .

2.4 Volunteers shall not use their affiliation with the Organization for personal, political, or commercial gain .

2.5 Volunteers shall communicate respectfully and professionally across all platforms .

3. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS #

3.1 Volunteers shall perform only those duties and tasks assigned to them and within their physical capability .

3.2 Volunteers shall not operate or use any equipment or tools without proper training and authorization .

3.3 Volunteers shall observe all safety rules and use provided safety equipment .

3.4 Volunteers shall notify their supervisor immediately of any injury incurred while volunteering .

4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION #

4.1 Volunteers shall respect confidentiality and handle any personal or sensitive information in line with data protection laws and Organization policies .

4.2 Volunteers shall not use confidential information for personal or commercial benefit .

4.3 Volunteers shall not disclose information about clients, beneficiaries, or organization operations to unauthorized persons.

5. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST #

5.1 Volunteers shall disclose to the Organization any connections or activities that might conflict with their volunteer role .
