Part A: Plain English Summary #
Protecting Our Data from Unauthorized Harvesting #
Our directories contain valuable information—temple details, business listings, contact information. This policy explains the rules about automated access, scraping, and copying our data.
The Simple Truth #
-
No scraping allowed: You may not use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to extract our data without permission.
-
Our data is our asset: The compilation of listings is protected by copyright and database rights.
-
Fair use is limited: Viewing listings manually is fine. Automated bulk extraction is not.
-
We block scrapers: We use technical measures to detect and block unauthorized automated access.
-
Violators face consequences: Scraping can result in account termination, legal action, and liability for damages.
