When Accounts Are Suspended or Listings Removed #
To maintain the quality and integrity of our directories, we sometimes need to suspend accounts or remove listings that violate our rules. This policy explains when and why these actions happen.
The Simple Truth #

We don’t take this lightly: Account actions are serious and reviewed carefully.

Violations have consequences: Depending on severity, we may warn, suspend, or permanently ban users.

Listings can be removed: Listings that violate policies will be taken down.

You’ll get notice: We’ll tell you why action was taken and how to appeal.

Severe violations = immediate action: Illegal content, fraud, or threats result in immediate removal.

3. Listing Removal Grounds #

4. Suspension Process #

5. Termination Process #
5.1 Termination may occur:

Premium fees already paid are non-refundable

6. Emergency Actions #
6.1 In rare cases, we may take immediate action without notice when:

Listing contains illegal content (CSAM, terrorism)

Account is compromised

Required by law enforcement

Imminent threat of harm
6.2 Post-action notice provided within 24 hours.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy #
7.1 Strike System for copyright violations:

7.2 Strikes expire after 1 year for minor violations.
8. Appeals #
8.1 Users may appeal account actions through the Appeal and Review Process.
8.2 Appeals must be submitted within 30 days.
8.3 During appeal:

9. Multiple Accounts #
9.1 Creating new accounts to evade suspension or termination:

Is prohibited (ban evasion)

Results in immediate termination of new account

May extend original suspension

10. Data Access After Termination #
10.1 After termination, you may:

Request data download within 30 days (where required by law)

DMCA: Repeat infringer policy required for safe harbor protection.
