1. Eligibility for Temple Listings #
1.1 A temple may be listed on Utsav Mandirs™ if it:

Is a physical place of worship (not exclusively virtual)

Is open to devotees/visitors (may have restricted access areas)

Is not engaged in illegal activities

2. Information Requirements for Temples #
2.1 Temple listings should include:

Temple Administration: Many Indian temples are governed by state-specific Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Acts. Listing information should be consistent with official records.
Places of Worship Act, 1991: Religious character of places of worship as of August 15, 1947 shall be maintained.
UK/EU Addendum #
Charity Commission: Temples registered as charities in the UK must comply with charity law requirements.
US Addendum #
