This agreement is for the individuals or committees who manage temple listings on Utsav Mandirs™. It establishes the relationship between the temple and our platform.

The Simple Truth #

You represent the temple: By accepting this agreement, you confirm you have authority to act for the temple.
You control the Listing: You can update information, respond to reviews, and manage temple presence.
You’re responsible for accuracy: The information you provide should be correct and current.
You agree to our rules: Temple listings must follow our guidelines.
We’re not your partner: This is a platform relationship, not a partnership or joint venture.

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #

1. Parties and Relationship #

1.1 This Temple Operator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
The individual or entity accepting this Agreement (“Temple Operator,” “you,” “your”)

1.2 The Temple Operator represents and warrants that they have the full legal authority to bind the temple to this Agreement.

1.3 Independent Contractor: The Temple Operator is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

2. Temple Listing Management #

2.1 Upon verification, the Temple Operator gains access to the Temple Dashboard to manage:

Temple information (name, location, timings, etc.)
Photos and videos
Puja/service offerings
Event listings
Crowdfunding campaigns
Community group connections

2.2 The Temple Operator agrees to:

Maintain accurate information
Respond promptly to devotee inquiries
Update listings when information changes
Comply with all applicable laws

3. Operator Representations and Warranties #

3.1 The Temple Operator represents and warrants that:

They have full authority to act for the temple
All information provided is accurate and complete
The temple complies with all applicable laws
The temple holds necessary permits and registrations
The temple is not engaged in illegal activities
They will not use the platform for unauthorized purposes

4. Temple Obligations #

4.1 The temple agrees to:

Maintain a safe environment for devotees
Comply with all applicable laws (charity, tax, religious endowments)
Honor any commitments made through the platform
Respond to devotee communications in a timely manner
Not discriminate unlawfully

5. Fees and Payments #

5.1 Free Listings: Basic temple listings are free.

5.2 Premium Features: Certain enhanced features may require payment as disclosed.

5.3 Transaction Fees: If the temple uses paid services (crowdfunding, ticket sales), applicable fees will be disclosed.

6. Intellectual Property #

6.1 The temple retains ownership of all content it provides.

6.2 The temple grants the Company a license to display, distribute, and promote temple content as described in Document 2.

7. Termination #

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement:

At any time, for any reason, with 30 days’ notice
Immediately for material breach

7.2 Upon termination:

Temple Listing will be removed or returned to unverified status
Any paid fees are non-refundable
Ongoing obligations (Indemnification) survive

8. Limitation of Liability #

8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any disputes between temple and devotees
Any claims arising from temple operations

8.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the temple in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification #

9.1 The Temple Operator agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of:

Temple operations
Inaccurate information provided
Violation of laws by the temple
Disputes with devotees

India Addendum #

HR&CE Compliance: Temples under state HR&CE departments must comply with applicable regulations. Listing information should be consistent with official records.
