1. Prohibited Content and Behavior #
1.1 Illegal Content #
The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately, with accounts reported to authorities where required:

Utsav World™ employs a hybrid approach to content moderation:

3. User Reporting #
3.1 Users may report content or accounts that violate these Guidelines through:
