Influencers and creators play a vital role in our community. This policy explains the rules when you collaborate with brands or get paid for content.
The Simple Truth #

Be transparent: Always disclose when you’re being paid or receive free products.

Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. Definitions #

| Influencer | A user who creates content and has influence over purchasing decisions due to their authority, knowledge, or relationship with their audience |
| Branded Content | Content that features or is influenced by a third-party brand, sponsor, or advertiser for payment or other consideration |
| Material Connection | Any relationship that might affect the weight or credibility of your endorsement (payment, free products, discounts, family relationship, employment) |
| Endorsement | Any statement about a product or service that consumers might reasonably believe reflects the opinions of the endorser |
2. Disclosure Requirements #
2.1 You must clearly and conspicuously disclose any Material Connection when posting Branded Content.
2.2 Disclosure must be:

Clear: Easy to understand language

Conspicuous: Hard to miss (not hidden in a long caption)

Placement: Before the “more” button, at beginning of video

Language: Local language requirements apply
2.3 Acceptable disclosures include:

3. Branded Content Tools #
3.1 Utsav World™ provides Branded Content tags that:

Clearly label content as paid partnership

May provide disclosure data to brands

Help us enforce this policy
3.2 Use of Branded Content tools is required where available.
4. Prohibited Practices #
4.1 You may not:

Make false or misleading claims about products

Endorse products you haven’t used

Promote prohibited products (illegal drugs, weapons, etc.)

Target minors with inappropriate products

Use deceptive tactics to promote products
4.2 Specific restrictions:

5. Authenticity #

5.3 If you stop believing in a product, you should stop endorsing it.
6. Brand Responsibility #
6.1 Brands are also responsible for ensuring influencer content complies with these rules.
6.2 Brands must:

7. Enforcement #
7.1 Violations of this policy may result in:
