Part A: Plain English Summary #

Welcome to Utsav Messenger™ #

Utsav Messenger™ lets you connect with friends, family, and communities through private and group messaging. This is your space for personal conversations—respect it, and respect others.

The Simple Truth #

  • Private conversations: Your messages are private between you and the people you message. We don’t read them (except for safety scanning).

  • End-to-end encryption: By default, your messages are encrypted so only you and the recipient can read them.

  • You control your chats: Block, report, or delete conversations anytime.

  • No spam, no scams: Don’t message people who don’t want to hear from you.

  • Safety first: We scan for illegal content (like child abuse material) even in private chats—this is required by law.
