Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. Eligibility for Business Listings #
1.1 A business may be listed on Utsav Listings™ if it:

Is a legitimate operating business

Is not engaged in illegal activities

Has a physical address or verifiable presence

Complies with applicable laws and regulations
1.2 Prohibited Business Listings:

3. Business Verification #
3.1 Businesses may be verified through:

7. Reviews #
7.1 Customers may leave reviews of businesses.
7.2 Review standards from Document 8 apply.
7.3 Businesses may respond to reviews professionally.
8. Removal of Business Listings #
8.1 Business listings may be removed if:

Information is fraudulent

Business engages in illegal activities

Multiple customer complaints

Upon business request

Non-payment of premium fees
