1. Lead Generation Overview #
1.1 Utsav Listings™ provides tools for customers to contact listed businesses through:

1.2 When a customer submits an inquiry, we share their information with the relevant business.
2. Your Obligations as a Business #
2.1 When you receive leads through our platform, you agree to:

Not use customer information for unauthorized purposes

Comply with applicable privacy laws

Not spam or harass customers

Honor any representations made in responses
2.2 Prohibited Uses of Lead Data:

3. Lead Quality #
3.1 We do not guarantee:

The quality of leads

That leads will convert to customers

The accuracy of customer-provided information

3.2 Lead generation is provided “as is.”
4. Lead Limits #
4.1 Free listings may have limits on number of leads received.
4.2 Premium plans may include higher lead limits as specified.
4.3 Once limits are reached:

Additional leads may be held or not delivered

Upgrade may be required to receive more
5. Customer Data Privacy #
5.1 When you receive customer information:

You become a data controller under applicable privacy laws

You must comply with GDPR, CCPA, India DPDPA, etc.

You must provide privacy notice to customers

You must honor data subject rights
5.2 Data Security: You must implement reasonable security measures to protect customer data.
6. Disputes with Customers #
6.1 Any disputes arising from leads generated through our platform are between you and the customer.
6.2 We are not responsible for:

Misunderstandings in communication

Quality of products/services offered

Fulfillment of promises made
7. Lead Data Retention #
7.1 We retain lead data as follows:
