1.1 Utsav Listings™ provides tools for customers to contact listed businesses through:

  • Enquiry forms

  • Click-to-call buttons

  • Email contact forms

  • Request for quote forms

1.2 When a customer submits an inquiry, we share their information with the relevant business.

2. Your Obligations as a Business #

2.1 When you receive leads through our platform, you agree to:

  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner

  • Not use customer information for unauthorized purposes

  • Comply with applicable privacy laws

  • Not spam or harass customers

  • Honor any representations made in responses

2.2 Prohibited Uses of Lead Data:
