Part B: Cross-Border Provisions #

1. GOVERNING LAW #

1.1 Platform Terms: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles .

1.2 Venue Rental Contracts: The rental agreement between Host and Renter may be subject to different governing law, depending on the location of the Venue and the parties’ agreement. Hosts should specify governing law in their house rules or rental contract.

1.3 Consumer Protection: Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide greater protections, those laws shall apply to your relationship with the Platform.

2. JURISDICTION AND VENUE #

2.1 Platform Disputes: Any legal action concerning the Platform (as opposed to the Venue rental) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London, England .

2.2 Venue-Related Disputes: Disputes between Hosts and Renters regarding the Venue itself may be subject to jurisdiction where the Venue is located, where the parties agree, or as determined by applicable law.

3. CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS #

3.1 Displayed Currency: Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies based on your location. The currency displayed is for reference only.

3.2 Transaction Currency: The actual transaction will be processed in the currency specified at checkout.

5. INTERNATIONAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION #

5.1 Cross-Border Disputes: For disputes involving parties in different countries, the following approach applies:
