Annadanam is a tradition of offering food as a sacred gift to spiritual seekers and monks. It is also a way to distribute prasadam to visitors and guests at the Isha Yoga Center in Nepal. Annadanam is offered twice a day, and on special occasions like festivals and full moonss.
