Fantastic spec and arrived in excellent condition.
I can hardly believe this was pre-owned and has been refurbished to this standard. It’s immaculate. The laptop’s performance is excellent and is working brilliantly. It’s Windows 10 – so it comes full of rubbish you don’t need or want but can’t get rid of. (That’s not the suppliers or laptop’s fault!) I would have loved an option to have had Office pre-installed on it and not Office365.A brilliant buy.

Good little refurbished notebook. Battery however was done. Seller responded immediately and sent a replacement. Very happy with service.
Not worth it
A number of different points to be made here about this laptop.Firstly.Cannot upgrade to wins 11.SecondlyHorrible film stuck on the surface of the laptop making it feel and look cheap.ThirdlyThe battery life is awful. And the processing speed, even worse. Like you can run a calculator faster with a potato and it can still handle more processes than this laptop can.Fourth and last point of all.The worst thing about this laptop is that, slowly all of the ports are becoming what looks like some kind of rust. Now I’m no fool and this laptop has been not even within 2 meters of water. The USBC is completely bust. And that’s the main port for connectivity on this rapidly becoming obsolete machine.Would run winXP just fine. Rip

Great Laptop
I have only had this product for 2 days, so can only comment based on that. I was apprehensive about buying an expensive refurbished product as i hadnât purchased before, also from an unknown seller. I was looking at brand new but what I wanted I wouldnât be able to afford. It was then an option of a brand new unknown brand with less spec or this one. I am glad I decided to go for this option, as so far I am delighted with my purchase. Delivered as expected and laptop in great condition, you wouldnât know that it wasnât new. Fast performance, great as has windows 10 which I am used to, brilliant large touch screen and 360 flip.
Questions
Bought it 1 year and 8 months ago, everything is absolutely perfect, except that few days ago the TouchPad stopped working even Settings says that it’s On (touchscreen and mouse work), and today I’ve noticed that screen stopped rotating when turn it over in tablet position. Google and YouTube don’t help with advices… Does anyone has idea what happened and how to fix it? Thanks

The laptop all works well and looks almost new, so good that I decided that I would keep it and buy another one for my son.
