I was very happy when I got this laptop it was in excellent condition. But when I started to load my hardware I had no luck with my label machine. It would not load whatever I did. I know it was not the machine because I had been using it on another laptop.Things then got worse. I was happy to keep it even without my printer loading. After loading my apps I turned it on to find the welcome screen but no box to enter my password in. After over an hour of trying I eventually had to reload windows which took another hour. Not happy that this was just a teething problem I had to return it. A pity because in full working order it would be a great buy.

Considering its age this refurbished laptop does all I want it to, even has Bluetooth which wasn’t mentioned in the specs.
