5 star service the laptop is (brand new condition) everything is in working order. I was expecting the item to come on the time date, but got delivered the next working day! I can do all my DJ software and work on this and would highly recommend them to anyone. Llevo ya unos meses con el y va genial. Era reacia a comprar uno de segunda mano pero este me ha salido perfecto. Cierto que trae pegatinas en algunas teclas y se nota al ser el teclado con luz pero realmente no molesta. Para clases online y descarga va perfecto.

The item arrived faulty. CRS were terrible at handling the replacement to the point where I gave up trying to deal with them and got a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I just received this laptop and was disappointed to find that USB-C port isn’t working which I normally use for charging my tablet and other laptop. The weired looking charger that came with it is also not for HP I guess. Looks like it’s a Dell charger and an adaptor has been added to it.

Good for zooming and general web use. Not too keen on backlit keyboard because if battery is low than you cannot type?

Spedizione e consegna veloce. Prodotto in condizioni ottime, solo piccolissimi segni visibili da distanza ravvicinatissima (ma trattasi di prodotto rigenerato quindi tutto nella norma!). Al momento non si riscontrano difetti. Da verificare dopo un uso prolungato, ma al momento tutto OK. Consiglio l’acquisto.
