Customers can initiate returns within 30 days of delivery date. Local laws and regulations apply.

The platform automatically sets up a return request. As a seller, you can provide feedback or evidence to help us make a decision.

Upon SHEIN’s refund assessment and approval, refunds are then automatically sent to the customer within 7 days of return package receipt.

If a refund is requested while the order is in the “To Be Shipped” stage, the platform will refund the customer directly.

Returns are not supported for the following types of products including intimate wear, jewelry, cosmetics, pet products, customized products, and free gifts.

If you ship your products directly, the return will be shipped back to you.

If you use SHEIN Fulfillment Service (SFS) your items will be shipped back to the SHEIN warehouse.

All charges are automatically deducted from your account, which you can view in Seller Hub.

By default return labels are created with SHEIN’s logistic partner UPS. You have the option to provide your own label, but the cost will be covered by you.
